It's actually an Australian Federation architecture colour scheme. The colours made it stand out to me because all the other terraces along this street are painted white.
Love the detail on this one, Jim. I must have walked past it any number of times. Shame the link does not detail the year built and some of its history. Thanks for opening my eyes.
