The Walsh Bay ferry wharf sits alongside Pier 2, in the inner city suburb of Dawes Point. In the background you can see a row of terrace houses above the sandstone outcrop and below the southern onramp to the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
It is quite noisy from the trains (if you're not used to it). A friend used to rent upstairs in one of those terrace houses, and I do remember the noise.
And all the cars lined up waiting for the ferry. We get that here too

ReplyDeleteIt's probably quite a bustling area. As for convenient, the entrance is quite a distance away.
