Sydney Wharf, monument

This monument is located along Wharf 7 of Sydney Wharf, in the inner city suburb of Pyrmont. This stainless steel sculpture tells the history of the wharves, looking across Darling Harbour towards the Sydney skyline. The paddlewheeler operated by Sydney Showboats has just departed King Street Wharf and is heading for a cruise on Sydney Harbour.

  1. It looks like a calm and peaceful day. It is always appreciated and helpful when information is available on the site one is visiting.

  2. I like the sail shape, contents and waterside location of the steel sculpture.

  3. What a peaceful scene. I love that paddlewheeler!
