Chippendale, signpost sculpture

This is one of two signpost sculptures which stand in the middle of indoor gardens in Central Park Mall, in the inner city suburb of Chippendale. It is made up of copper pots which direct you to the location of the eateries: Outdoor in the Lower Ground atrium and Indoor in the Level 2 food court. The other sculpture can be seen at this link.

    1. Yes. There was only a brief shutdown in March but then they have been open for most of the year. However, business has been much lower than usual.

  2. Hello Jim, Thank you for your visit on my website. This is indeed very creative. Here in my country - Holland all the restaurants are closed for the 2nd time and at some of them you can order and pick up food but also here the day and evening yield is very low and there are even some that are bankrupt. and that is very sad for them after hard working.

    1. It's so sad that so many businesses have been impacted like that in this pandemic.

    1. The suggested coding from City Daily Photo didn't work but I'm pleased with myself for figuring out the coding needed for blogger. :)

  5. Very clever signs ... and how lucky you are to have restaurants operating! We still have very very few able to be open except for take out or delivery.

I found your blog via Beverly's Pink Saturday blog hop - I'm going to explore here awhile - I'm happy to have found you!
