Kurnell, tri-flag pole

This giant tri-flag pole is located at Captain Cook's Landing Place in the Kamay Botany Bay National Park, in the southern suburb of Kurnell. The flags flown here are the Flag of Australia, the Australian Aboriginal Flag, and the State Flag of New South Wales.

  1. Interesting, never seen anything like that. Not even in pictures. Thank you for sharing!

  2. joining the club - never seen it either.

  3. Thanks, everyone. Sometimes I wonder if the subject I've photographed is interesting enough to feature on my blog. But then sometimes I'm surprised about how curious it turns out to be for others.

    1. I'm glad I'm not alone in this musing. I, too, am amazed at the reactions to some of my photos :)

  4. The only other one I've see was at Waitangi Treaty grounds.

I'm happy you chose to share your link at 'My Corner of the World' this week!

Thanks for visiting my blog. Please leave me a message. Jim.
