This is one of the painted bollards located in Barrack Place Arcade, which connects Kent Street to Clarence Street below the Barrack Place Tower building. "Ngallowah Dayala - Come here and sit down, let’s talk together" was created by indigenous artists Trevor Eastwood and Jason Douglas from Dalmarri.
Oh Jim, this is lovely. I can actually see the significance to the Indigenous people. This is also very colorful and enjoyable.
