"Hillside Apartments" dominate the skyline along Edgecliff Road, in the eastern suburb of Woollahra. They were designed by architects Eric Clarke Pitt and Aaron M. Bolot and built in 1936 in the Gothic Revival and Art Deco styles.

ReplyDeleteDid Pitt and Bolot go on to make a name for themselves? I knew a number of Sydney architects, but not these two.
ReplyDeleteAaron Bolot is well known for designing other buildings too but sadly Pitt passed away at a young age.
