
The CB Hotel is located on the corner of Goulburn Street and Pitt Street in the inner city suburb of Haymarket. This heritage listed pub along Pitt Street was built in 1905 in the Federation Free Classical style and known as the Kent Hotel. This modifications along Goulburn Street was designed by Morrow & Gordon in the Art Deco style and built in the 1930s.

Very interestingly shaped building; almost seems like a waste of space. I would hope for some small rooftop courtyard in those gaps.
