Hyde Park, mounted police

The annual RSL and Schools Remember ANZAC Commemoration Service was held yesterday at the ANZAC Memorial in Hyde Park. The service has been a collaboration between schools and the New South Wales Returned and Services League every year since 1953. These school children were keen to pat the horses ridden by the NSW mounted police.

    1. Yes, I wish I had known what time it started. I could have been there earlier for some shots of the service itself.

  3. Don't they look "spiffy" all decked out in their uniforms. You were there at just the right time.

  7. I have never had a school uniform. But I don't think I missed much. The riding police looks nice in their old uniforms.
