St Mary's Cathedral, The Lights of Christmas

St Mary's Cathedral is featuring the "The Lights of Christmas", a light projection show, from 9th December until 25th December. The illuminated 75 metre high façade is viewed here from Cathedral Square, beside Cook and Philip Park.

  3. too cool!! i love all the colors. i have never seen a church done up like this in person. now that would be totally awesome for me. one day i hope. fingers crossed. ( :

  4. I am not so fond of the yellow light on the rose window, trying perhaps to replicate the sun. Thus the first photo, all mauve, is my absolute favourite. It looks regal.

    1. I thought it might have represented the Star of Bethlehem.

  5. Utterly beautiful !!! I don't think I could tear myself away from watching it...

  6. Fantastic. that is amazing!
Happy holidays to you and all the best for 2015.
