The former St Paul of the Cross Catholic church, now the parish hall, is located along New Canterbury Road, in the inner west suburb of Dulwich Hill. It was built in 1909 in the Federation style beside the current church built in 1925 and has also served as a school. The hall has a contemporary extension on the right.

Stay dry.
ReplyDeleteI will, Stefan. So you've heard about our rains and floods.
DeleteAnother good history lesson. Hope all is safe for you in the floods.
ReplyDeleteMy suburb is on high ground, Janice, but other parts of Sydney will be in danger if the rain keeps coming as predicted. Other low-lying regions in the state have been declared disaster zones.
DeleteAll quite new then. nice building
ReplyDeleteI love the shadows lurking in the corners!
