Wolli Creek, palm trees

These palm trees are located in Cahill Park beside the Cooks River, viewed from the Princes Highway in the southern suburb of Wolli Creek.

    Growing up in the Chicago area, palm trees were always something exotic to me. They still take me by surprise when I see them in NZ so your photo is still a bit of a shock to me :)
