Waverley, statue

This marble statue stands in the grounds of the Uniting War Memorial Hospital, located along Birrell Street, in the eastern suburb of Waverley. It stands in the garden in  front of the E. Vickery Memorial Building, which was gifted to the Methodist Church for use as a private hospital in 1919.

    1. I believe it is an ostrich but don't know any stories about them with cherubs.
