This marble statue stands in the grounds of the Uniting War Memorial Hospital, located along Birrell Street, in the eastern suburb of Waverley. It stands in front of the E. Vickery Memorial Building, which was gifted to the Methodist Church for use as a private hospital in 1919.

who does the statue represent? is it related to health care?
ReplyDeleteI can't seem to find information on the statues but there are about a dozen here. I suspect they might have belonged to the original owners of the estate.
