The former Demco Machinery Co Ltd Factory is located along Cleveland Street, in the inner city suburb of Redfern. The 1889 building on the left was designed by R. Kunstman, in the Victorian architectural style. The 1938 extension on the right was designed by J Aubrey Kerr in the Inter-war functionalist architectural style. The buildings were redeveloped and now used for office, retail space and a restaurant and bar in the basement.
