Liverpool, statue

A contemporary abstract statue of Governor Lachlan Macquarie is located in Macquarie Street, in the south western suburb of Liverpool. The nearby Memorial School of Arts can be seen in the distance.

  4. that statue sure beats some stuffy guy in a uniform on horse. I think it adds such flavor to the scene.

  6. Quite a contrast between the older house and the ultra-modern sculpture!

  7. Grace and Bradley, the school of the arts is not a very big building. Back in the days it was built, it probably was one of the biggest buildings in the area.
