That's funny Marie and Valkyrien. Thankfully, there are no crocs this far south in Australia.
Its a great view!
Tranquil was the perfect word to describe the scene!I bet the ducks think so too.
Nice shot!
It's so lovely! Around here that water would be full of alligators!
Incredibly beautiful, Jim. I would love to see closeups of the interaction of duck and lilypad.hee hee ... crocs and alligators in Sydney ... hee hee ... we keep our deadly predators small ... like funnel-web spiders ...
Great picture, I'll there are some great birds hiding in there.

eileeninmd and NatureFootstep, if you click on the photo and enlarge, you can actually see a few ducks swimming around.Tricia, no it's not ideal for swimming in the lagoon but you do see people swimming in the nearby Georges River.
Jbar, I missed the ducks the first time. It looks like there could be more way in the background too.
I see the little ducks...lovely place for wildlife viewing.
Very inviting shot. I'd jump in if I weren't terrified of dark water. :D Thanks for dropping by my site.
It is a nice spot, Picnic point. I don't remember the water plants covering the river. I guess that's what time does.Good shot too.
No Crocs looks like it might be a good place to do some fishing. Nice photo
