Cook and Phillip Park, MasterChef Dining

MasterChef Dining is a temporary, pop-up restaurant set up in a large white tent structure in the forecourt of St Mary's Cathedral, adjoining Cook and Phillip Park. MasterChef Australia is a popular reality game show currently screening in Australia, which features amateur cooks competing to become a master chef. This restaurant utilises the talents of former contestants from the first three seasons of the television series.

  2. Apparently it is very adventurous and quite popular. All seatings for Dinner and Lunch were sold out weeks ago.

  3. Very interesting. I had not heard of a pop-up restaurant before but your link says they are here in the U.S., too. Must be the larger metro places like L.A. or NYC. (I'm in the middle of farming country.)

    Beautiful, bright image.

    My SIGN.

  4. We just watched Master Chef last night; I'm assuming there's a different version in Australia, if the losing chefs are working there.

  6. Pop Ups seem to be quite in vogue at the moment. I think that they are a great idea. They create something in new in a familiar space. That's gotta be good.
