Giba Park is on a cliff-top at Pyrmont Point overlooking Sydney Harbour, in the inner city suburb of Sydney. These benches carved from sandstone provide views of the city skyline and Pyrmont wharves.
I am trying to visualize where this would be, from my memory of my one trip to Sydney years ago. My guess is that for the Harbor Bridge to be ont he left of downtown, this must be farther inland from the bridge.
Admirіng the commitment you put into your ѕite and in depth informatіоn уou offer. It's great to come across a blog every once in a while that isn't the same rehаshеd informatiοn. Great reaԁ! I've saved your site and I'm adding your RSS feeds to mу Google аccount.

ReplyDeleteThat's right, Dave. It's further inland, west of the city's central business district.
DeleteI am imagining this would be a nice quiet place to enjoy the view.
ReplyDeleteWay cool! I appreciate you writing this post plus the rest of the website is also very good.

Deletelove the benches....around here, granite has been quarried for over 100 years, and, if it isn't wood, it's granite!
ReplyDeleteLove the glimpse of my fav bridge Jim.
