This view of the old and the new is from Pitt Street Mall. The historic shopfronts along the mall have been retained alongside the new office building and Sydney Tower rising above.
The historic shop fronts along the mall look fantastic.. and historic. I may be in the minority here but what a tragedy being able to see the modern buildings above the heritage buildings.
The old and the new blend well together Jim .... no jarring of the senses here.
