I used to think that the Sydney Harbour Bridge was just a perfectly acceptable bridge that happened to be placed in a gorgeous harbour. Yet in 4.5 years of blogging, I am constantly amazed to see the number of people who read posts and comment about the bridge, especially from outside Australia.
It is the first time I can use the wrod "iconic" and mean it.

It is quite iconic along with the Sydney Opera House.
DeleteNice view under the bridge, it is an icone indeed. To see the Opera House and the bridge in reality was a dream come true for me.

ReplyDeleteIt's a great perspective of an iconic bridge. I have always admired the design of this bridge - the wonderful arch intersected by a straight line.
