Sculpture by the Sea is an annual outdoor sculpture exhibition on the two kilometre coastal walk from Bondi to Tamarama. It ran from 24 October to 10 November 2013 with these sculptures located at the beach at Tamarama.
Close up they look great apart from the flags on sticks. The first one reminds me of a peacock tail

ReplyDeleteEach one suggests that the idea for the shape may be inspired by some particular object. The last one reminds me of the colourful party favours on cakes or in cocktails. The first one reminds me of fanned incense stick rests.

ReplyDeleteI think the first sculpture is the prettiest of all the ones I have seen. I think it is beautiful. What a fine capture with the waves and blue sky in the background.
