The Rocks, Campbells Cove

A view of Campbells Cove at The Rocks, below the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The replica of a square-rigged colonial sailing ship mast adorns the outdoor dining area of the Waterfront Restaurant housed in the former Campbell's Stores built in 1839. This will be one of the best positions to watch the world's biggest New Year's Eve fireworks displays and celebrations on Sydney Harbour and the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

    1. I might be around the harbour somewhere but not at this location which will be overly crowded.

  4. I would love to be watching the fireworks from there. I imagine it would be quite costly though.

    1. There would be no charge to watch from anywhere around the harbour but some organised events and restaurants can be very pricey on New Year's Eve.

  7. Yes! Up on one of those masts would give one a fine view of the fireworks. «Louis» is always able to see the San Francisco show from his balcony.

  12. what a great shot, I've been over that bridge a time or two. It is also similar to a bridge and harbour in Vancouver, B.C. Canada. :-)
