Five Dock, Uniting Church

The Five Dock Uniting Church is located along Garfield Street, in the inner west suburb of Five Dock. It was originally built as a Methodist Church in 1939 in the Inter War architectural style. This church joined the "Uniting Church in Australia" in 1977.

  3. Neat church. Here the Methodists, the Congregationalists, and some Presbyterian churches formed the United Church.

  4. Interesting how the large, main feature of the building does not seem to be the main entrance. A no nonsense, interesting style.

    1. It's interesting that it is the same union but it is called Uniting, United or Unitarian in different countries.
