Hurstville, Uniting Church

Hurstville Uniting Church is located along The Avenue, in the southern suburb of Hurstville. It was originally a Methodist Church, designed by A. Parsons and built in 1903 in the Victorian Rustic Gothic architectural style.

  1. just looking at the photo...without reading your words...I said "It has to be a Methodist church!! (because of the flame) Cool shadows!!

    1. Thanks for that robin, I've learnt something new about the emblem. I had always just thought it was a dove but never realised it represented a dove with wings of flame.
