A nice picture, Jim. It is my kind of town with lots of balconies. We had one at the place we moved from, it was nice for placing a temporary radio antenna. And our view was Fairway 11 of one of our golf courses with the lake in the distance...
Jim, those houses face Sydney Harbour so they would want to take advantage of those views from their balconies.
