The former Rockdale Methodist Church is located along Bay Street, in the southern suburb of Rockdale. This heritage listed sandstone church was built in 1871, in the Victorian Gothic style. The entrance to the original chapel is on the left, which was built in 1858 and later extended to become the school and now is the church hall. The Methodist Church became part of the Uniting Church in 1977.
Similar to some of our historic architecture in Hawaii. I enjoyed seeing this very much. Thank you, Jim
