Arncliffe, railway station

A train on the T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line departs Arncliffe railway station, in the southern suburb of Arncliffe. This heritage listed station was built in 1884 as part of the Illawarra Line from Redfern to Hurstville. The Tangara or T set trains are a class of electric multiple units that entered service between 1988 and 1995.

  1. I like the old building in the background.

  2. I am very impressed that the heritage listed station, which was built way back in 1884, is preserved and still functions well.

  3. A great way to travel.
