Botanic Gardens, bridge

This wooden lattice footbridge over the Twin Ponds is one of many throughout the Royal Botanic Gardens. The water hen was contemplating going down the ramp into the pond.

  5. I was reading in the paper on the weekend how Mt Annan and Mt Tomah botanic gardens have got heaps of extra visitors now they are free. I have not been to Mt Annan. I must schedule a visit in the spring when the flowers are in bloom because I am quite smitten by native flowers.

  13. What a pretty little bridge! I wouldn't mind having something like that in my back yard....that is, if I HAD a back yard! I love the bird contemplating the walkway.
