Newtown North Public School is located along Carillon Avenue, in the inner city suburb of Newtown. The West Wing was constructed in 1897 in the Federation Free architectural style with Arts and Crafts architectural style features.
I LOVE the rusticated details on this structure. The arches, the cornice, the extended window sills are all just wonderful. Thank you for haring this image.
This school building is gorgeous. Every student should have the opportunity to spend some time in a place like this. It would give them an appreciation of incorporating beauty into life.
