Birchgrove, St John the Evangelist Anglican Church

St John the Evangelist Anglican Church is located on the corner of Birchgrove Road and Spring Street, in the inner west suburb of Birchgrove. This heritage listed church was built in 1892 in the Victorian Free Gothic architectural style.

  2. This is a nice looking church, not so much austere as maintaining a quiet dignity. The bell tower is very nice, a throwback to a distant analog past...
