Woollahra Reservoir is located along Oxford Street, in the eastern suburb of Centennial Park. After being repeatedly hit by graffiti vandals, the walls of the reservoir were painted with murals in 2015 by street artist Mike Watt. They feature images of foliage found in Centennial Park.

ReplyDelete...nice botanical patterns.
ReplyDeleteVery appropriate Jim 😊
ReplyDeleteI have the feeling that many artist-painted murals are intended to preempt the nasty graffiti of hooligans. These are nice. Hope they deter the bandits.
ReplyDeleteI like these! They are colorful but not gaudy.
ReplyDeleteI like them, it's neat how murals defer the graffiti artists :-)
