Newtown, St Joseph's Catholic Church

St Joseph's Catholic Church is on the corner of Bedford Street and Station Street, in the inner city suburb of Newtown. This heritage listed church was built in 1869 in the Gothic architectural style.

  3. Well, would not expect that in the subs. Or would I? To be frank, I spent my time in the traveller´s deep garage in King´s Cross back in 1995 and haven´t seen that much of the city.
    The Phantom Of The Opera was on when we arrived and now-hubby said: when we come back. Six months later it was off. I´m still a bit mad of that...

    1. Iris, there are many magnificent old churches in our suburbs. I think I saw that show back then. It did have a fairly long run.
