It's just leaving the stop, so passengers had boarded the tram and others had already climbed the stairs to exit.

There are hardly any people travelling right now, so it's really easy to practice social distancing in trams.
Do you ride the light rail often?
Not this line. But I work in the city and sometimes catch one on the new line down to Circular Quay to walk around the harbour.
