Burwood Park

Burwood Park, in the inner west suburb of Burwood, features a lake and a row of palm trees on the eastern border beside Burwood Road.

  20. Thanks Jane. It's often odd to us to discover that Sydney suburbs or localities are named after places in the UK. Early settlers often named their estates after the places that they came from and then many of the suburbs took the names of those estates.
