The North Wing of Sydney Hospital is located along Macquarie Street, viewed from the rear. This heritage listed building is part of a three building complex with a central administration block linked to north and south ward wings. They were designed by Thomas Rowe and John Kirkpatrick and constructed between 1884 and 1894 in the Victorian architectural style.
Very like Queen's Hospital in Honolulu's original older portion!
