Our Lady of the Annunciation is a Catholic church built in 1958 and located on the corner of Donovan Avenue and Parer Street, in the eastern suburb of Pagewood.
The structure with the cross is a nice tribute to the bell towers of bygone days. The church has a very mid-century conservative feel to it. Nicely captured. Have a blessed week-end.
Wondered if the door was on the left of that light colored stone in front of the church ... have a great weekend and see you at All Seasons on Sunday of thereafter:) Jesh StG
That's an attractive church. It reminds me of one in my city where we sometimes see classical music concerts.

ReplyDeleteYes, Jesh. The doorway is between the red brickwork and sandstone feature wall. The glass doors are open in this shot.
DeleteWhat a beautiful photo, so simple and elegant!
