Vietnam! Who knew Vietnam had churches like this...and brought them to Sydney. Cool! :)
ReplyDeleteThat's some interesting architecture there...and Vietnamn! That makes it even more interesting :)
ReplyDeleteOne occasionally sees one congregation take on a former congregation's church like that. I'm reminded of a Chinese congregation which took on the church of a former group.
ReplyDeleteI like the look of this one.
That's happening a lot in Sydney these days with changing demographics in the suburbs and drops in church attendance.
DeletePresume it was taken over from them
ReplyDeleteYes, I couldn't find details on when the Evangelical church took over from the Baptist church but they have been there for at least 11 years
Deletenice! it's very modern looking, agree with Bill ^^^
ReplyDeleteInteresting architecture for a church! Would've loved to have heard the discussion of the building committee in how they make the decision (I am always curious about the process).
ReplyDeleteLovely architect . Jim can you please comment in my latest post that is "old and damage " . I really love to know your opinion.
ReplyDelete...church that I wouldn't see here.
