I adore Sydney! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteI love the boardwalk and what a great shadow shot for the day! Beautiful blue skies as always! Have a great weekend, Jim!
ReplyDeleteSuch an inviting, languid feel this image has. I feel like I belong on that dock! Nice...love the shadow shooting down the middle.
ReplyDeleteGrateful!
ReplyDeleteMakes you want to run down it and jump off the end into the water. Great shot
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot.
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday!
Oooh, seems so much longer than the actual frame. I took some similar shots while in San Diego and Sana Monica last year. http://www.looseleafnotes.com/2012/02/the-pier-review/

Great shot Jim.
ReplyDeleteI would enjoy strolling along that boardwalk among the shadows. Nicely done.
ReplyDeleteI swam there often as a kid, Jim, but just as often in a man-made rock pool called ‘the fraz’ at the northern end of Balmoral Beach. Then we’d have to walk our bikes up Raglan Street which was too steep to ride up.
ReplyDeleteVery special place, love the shot. About Mary MacKillop's mother, perhaps they didn't know how she died.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful view of Balmoral Beach boardwalk. This brings back memories when I would go to the beach there to watch a performance of a Shakespearean play by night light - based round the rotunda. A great experience.
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday!
ReplyDeleteI love those kind of walks. Thanks for sharing.
