These semi-detached houses are located along Cook Road in the eastern suburb of Centennial Park. The heritage listed houses were built in the Federation Queen Anne architectural style.

Pea bea, that term seems to have been adopted for new developments in Australia too but the older developments are still described as semi-detached houses.
