Cook and Phillip Park, fountain

This fountain sits in the square above the Cook and Phillip Park Aquatic and Fitness Centre. In the distance you can see one of the city's Christmas trees surrounded by one of the Living Colour floral displays, close to the nativity scene that sits outside St Mary's Cathedral.

Neat fountain. Most of the water in Ohio is frozen right now but the days are getting longer LOL

I dropped in to see the fountain, but then scrolled down to see the lighting, and Oh, my!!!!! That is simply incredible!!!
I have to say the fountain was incredible the first time I saw it, but by the time I got back to the top of the page, it had palled!

Love fountain, I am in the Gold Coast with family, and they are teasing that I brought the rain from New Zealand.

What an unusual fountain. It must look fantastic when it's lit-up!

If that fountain is any indication of the center's facilities, it must be a great place!

I like that fountain, I'm a bit surprised that there aren't a bunch of kids in it since it is summer down your way.
Here it is currently a bit too cold for water play.

I sure wish I were there right now! Palm trees for Christmas ... ahhh. Not to mention I'd like to dip my toes in the water. Can't say I've ever seen a fountain like that before!
