Sydney Town Hall has been featuring Christmas Projections, a light show depicting an Australian version of the 12 Days of Christmas, until tonight. The 12 Days of a Sydney Christmas featured are: 12 Wattle Blossoms, 11 Flying Foxes, 10 Kookaburras, 9 Blue Bottles, 8 Lots of Different Cultures, 7 Yachts are Sailing, 6 Blue Tongue Lizards, 5 Plenty of Parks, 4 King Parrots, 3 Bottle Brushes, 2 Old Echidnas and 1 Pink Cocky (Galah) in a Gum Tree. The projections have been on rotation every night from 8.30pm, just after sunset when there's still a little bit of light in the sky and throughout the night. ReplyDeleteThis is a very creative Christmas display. Last Christmas, my wife (Julie of Scottsdale Daily Photo) and I were in Sydney, but we did not see the town hall. People who view your blog will not make that mistake. I have just signed up to follow your blog so I will better see what else we missed on a too-short visit.
